These terms are an initial draft for review before public launch. By using Scrollbaby, you agree to these terms.

Service

Scrollbaby provides downloadable social media content and related creative resources for independent practices. Features and content may change. Scheduling or automatic publishing is not available unless explicitly announced as active.

Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining account security and accurate registration information. Any paid plan's price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation process, and refund terms must be clearly disclosed at checkout. Do not use the service in violation of applicable law.

Content license

Subject to an active subscription and applicable restrictions, Scrollbaby grants your practice a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use downloaded content in its own marketing. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer the content as a competing library. Third-party media and audio may be subject to separate licenses or platform rules.

Healthcare marketing responsibility

You are responsible for checking all medical claims, treatment information, disclaimers, promotions, and before-and-after content for accuracy and compliance with professional, advertising, privacy, and consent requirements. Scrollbaby does not provide medical or legal advice. The before-and-after editor is designed to process photos locally in the browser without uploading them to Scrollbaby. Before selecting photos, you must confirm that your practice holds valid patient authorization for their intended marketing use. Do not include names, medical records, or other identifying information, or submit protected health information through other features. You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, and publication of your materials.

Your uploads

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for materials you upload and grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service. You retain ownership of your uploads.

Availability and disclaimers

We provide the service on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee engagement, bookings, revenue, or specific marketing results.

Termination

We may suspend access for misuse or legal risk. Account closure and subscription cancellation details should be published in the account and checkout flows.

Legal terms

Before launch, these terms should be completed with the contracting business entity, contact details, governing law, dispute resolution provisions, and legally reviewed limitations of liability.
