This policy describes how Scrollbaby handles information when you visit our website or use our content platform. This is an initial policy draft and should be reviewed against our actual vendors, data flows, and business practices before public launch.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, practice details, and login identifiers; content you choose to upload; information you send to us; and technical information such as device, browser, usage, and diagnostic data. Authentication may be provided through Google or another sign-in provider. If payments are enabled, a payment processor may handle payment details; we should not receive full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, personalize content, respond to support requests, process subscriptions where applicable, prevent abuse, and improve functionality.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that host, authenticate, process payments, or support our services, and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not authorize service providers to use information for unrelated purposes.

Patient information

Scrollbaby does not accept patient medical records or protected health information for storage. The before-and-after editor processes selected photos locally in your browser to generate a downloadable template; those photos are not uploaded to or stored on Scrollbaby servers by that editor. Your practice must obtain appropriate patient authorization and remove identifying information before using photos. Do not submit protected health information through other Scrollbaby features. Scrollbaby does not represent that it is a HIPAA-compliant patient data platform.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, subject to applicable law. You may also have privacy rights under state law. Contact us using the support channel published on our website; a dedicated privacy contact address should be added before launch.

Cookies and analytics

We use authentication cookies and browser storage to operate the service. If optional analytics or advertising tracking is added, we will update this notice and offer any legally required choices.

California privacy rights

California residents may have rights to access, correct, and delete personal information, subject to applicable law and exceptions. We do not currently describe any sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. This statement must be rechecked against the actual analytics and advertising integrations before launch.

Scrollbaby is intended for business users aged 18 or older.
